House Zora feels like a quiet study in light and movement. Designed in a contemporary-modern style, the home unfolds in a graceful U-shaped layout that brings together a welcoming foyer, a private courtyard, a tranquil dipping pool, and a bedroom suite connected by a striking glass skybridge. Skylights above allow natural light to shift and travel through the space throughout the day.

The arrival begins in an intimate foyer that briefly holds your view before opening into the glass and light of the main living space. From there, the architecture reveals itself in stages, guiding you toward the heart of the home.

At the center of Zora is a peaceful courtyard framed by modern concrete lines, soft greenery, and a dipping pool illuminated by overhead spotlights. The design encourages the home to turn inward, creating a calm and private atmosphere while still feeling open and expansive.

The right and left wings of the house are connected by a glass skybridge, while skylights placed along opposing diagonals above echo a subtle yin-yang balance when viewed from above. It’s a thoughtful architectural detail that reinforces the home’s harmony between openness and structure.

At the far end of the right wing, the bedroom suite extends toward the courtyard. The bed faces inward toward a full glass wall, allowing uninterrupted views of the outdoor space. Even from the main bathroom, the connection to the courtyard remains, reinforcing the sense that every part of the home participates in the same shared environment.
